Webinar on climate data and their relevance to hydropower adaptation

Several of the projects in RenewHydro will use climate models in their research. In this webinar, researchers Lu Li and Ole Wulff from NORCE Climate & Environment present different climate models and how they can be used.

They discuss key aspects of climate simulations, including both spatial and temporal scales - forecast lead times - such as weather forecasts, climate predictions, and long-term projections and different modeling approaches. Their presentation aims to show how spatial and temporal scales influence model applications, using concrete examples of how these data inform practical applications.

The webinar is part of RenewHydro’s Framework Program 5 (FP5) and Research Program 3 Hydropower in a changing climate (RP3)
